1. Pray before you read the scripture and ask God to speak to you through His Word.
2. What does God's Word Say? (List the Facts)
3. What does God's Word Mean? (learn the lesson)
4. What does God's Word Mean to Me? (listen to His voice.)
5. How will I respond to God's word? (Live it out!)
Get a note book and write down the steps and your answers and remember there are no wrong answers.
Day 1 verse 1
Day 2 verses 2-3
Day 3 verses 4-5
Day 4 verses 6-9

To know the Holy Spirit is to know Him as an ever present, loving friend and mighty helper. From the Scripture, we will see that the Holy Spirit wants to be our Comforter, Teacher, and mighty Advocate. The miraculous life the early Christians lived amazed the world and "turned it upside down." Today, many are experiencing the same healing, miracles, and other gifts of the Holy Spirit, along with the love, joy, and peace that He freely gives. Discover how you can walk daily in the presence of the Holy Spirit and experience His miracle-working power in your own life.

College/Young Adult A.B.S.
The College/Young Adult A.B.S. is now meeting with the Foundations Class in Room 103 A & B until the Foundations Study is over in September 2011.
Love & Respect
It is said that the breakdown of society today is a direct result of God being pushed out of government, schools, and homes. Most Christian leaders today are crediting the breakdown of the family as one of the main contributing factors for the lack of respect, and the education and understanding of the Christian faith and values. A new class will be starting soon. Contact Tom & Leslie Premo to sign up or for more details at lpremo@cfl.rr.com.
Celebrate Recovery Group
Celebrate Recovery
Welcome Newcomers
The purpose of DLBC Celebrate recovery is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the eight recovery principles found in the Beatitudes and Christ-centered 12 steps. This experience allows us to be changed. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our life problems.
By working the Christ-centered steps and applying their biblical principals found in the Beatitudes, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others.
As we progress through the principals and the steps we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power- Jesus Christ.
Welcome to an Amazing Spiritual Adventure!
Celebrate Recovery Small Groups Can:
• Provide you with a safe place to share your experiences, strengths, and hopes with others who are going through a Christ-centered recovery.
• Provide you with a leader who has gone through a similar hurt, hang-up, or habit, that will facilitate the group as it focuses on a particular principle each week. The leader will also keep Celebrate Recovery’s five “ rules”.
• Provide you with the opportunity to find an accountability partner or a sponsor.
• Encourage you to attend other recovery meetings held throughout the week.
